In 2026, we proudly enter our third year of delivering an unforgettable preseason tournament that brings together the best of female football in Victoria. The Dandy Cup is more than a tournament—it’s a celebration of talent, determination, and community spirit.
From the roar of the crowd to the buzz of the market, the Dandy Cup is where players, families, and supporters come together for a weekend of football, culture, and connection. Last year alone saw 1,037 players from 45 clubs across 89 teams take to the pitch, delivering 551 goals over 142 matches across three vibrant pitches. With around 4,000 supporters over the two days cheering from the sidelines, the tournament transformed our venues into a festival of sport and sisterhood, drawing teams from Warrnambool, Bendigo, Gippsland, and the Mornington Peninsula.
Three pitches, non-stop action from 8 AM to 9 PM, and a championship worthy of the players’ hard work—this is preseason football reimagined: energetic, inclusive, and proudly female, with a local heartbeat.
This year, the Dandy Cup will feature the introduction of the CPL & A-Grade competition for the U13, U15, and U17 age divisions, alongside all existing age groups, providing more opportunities for teams, making the tournament even more exciting.
